What we process
Hosting server logs (IP address, time, requested URL) — kept by our hosting provider Netlify for security and maintenance, based on legitimate interest. Aggregated, cookieless visit statistics via Cloudflare Web Analytics — they do not identify you. Exchange rates are loaded from GitHub, so your browser contacts GitHub servers. Your language choice is stored only in your browser (localStorage). If you call or write on WhatsApp, we process the data you provide to answer you (WhatsApp is operated by Meta).
What we do not do
No advertising or analytics cookies, no consent banners needed, no profiling, no selling of data. The complaint-letter generator on our help page runs entirely in your browser — nothing you type is sent or stored anywhere.
Recipients
Netlify (hosting), Cloudflare (statistics), GitHub (exchange-rate file), Meta (only if you contact us on WhatsApp). Some providers may process data outside the EEA under EU standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (PUODO). Just contact us using the details above.
